Le viti, da 10 a 20 anni d\u2019et\u00e0, sono allevate a spalliera, cordone speronato, con una densit\u00e0 d\u2019impianto di 6.000-7.000 ceppi per ettaro ed una resa di 7.000-8.000 kg\/ha. Il clima \u00e8 di montagna ed alta collina, umido e piovoso nella stagione pi\u00f9 fredda, con una elevata ventilazione ed escursioni termiche rilevanti.\r\n\r\n<strong><b>In Cantina.\r\n<\/b><\/strong>Le uve vengono raccolte a mano e pressate intere con spremitura soffice del grappolo. La fermentazione si svolge ad una temperatura di 16-18 \u00b0C in acciaio. Il vino \u00e8 lasciato sui propri lieviti sino alla primavera inoltrata, quando viene spumantizzato. Permane in bottiglia sui lieviti selezionati per 24 mesi, prima di essere degorgiato, dosato e fatto riposare per circa 3 mesi.\r\n\r\n<strong><b>Nel Calice.\r\n<\/b><\/strong>Alla vista appare rosa tenue, tendente al ramato. Perlage caratterizzato da bollicine numerose, fini e persistenti. Intenso e delicato al naso, con sentori di frutta rossa.
